Code Evaluation
We specialize in conducting comprehensive reviews based on ICC, CFR, ASTM, ANSI, for buildings, ADA-compliant sidewalks and pavements, roofing systems, site grading, swimming pools, wall and veneer assemblies, structural design, foundation design, retaining wall constructions, feasibility assessments for repair versus replacement, substantial damage and SSD (Substantial Structural Damage), evaluating the need for code upgrades, and optimizing disputed damage models.

Finite Element Analysis (FEA)
We employ cutting-edge software to conduct complex linear and nonlinear Finite Element Analysis (FEA) assessments for the evaluation of structural failures, encompassing structural components, member connections, welds, and the buckling of load-bearing or bracing systems. In fatigue analysis, the principal stresses are further evaluated in accordance with fatigue standards, particularly for high-frequency cyclic loads.
We present our findings through a blend of narrative reports and easily comprehensible illustrations for the general public.
